Fine Dining Server Benefits:

Fine Dining Server Requirements + Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Strong wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to be part of a high-performing team
Fine Dining Server Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to each guest
- Guide guests through the menu, offering suggestions and pairing recommendations
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to fine dining standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards at all times
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
