Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Handle wage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposits
• Support HR functions related to employee onboarding and benefits
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Assist with employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and payroll functions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing over 1000+ employees
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws
• Experience using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
