A luxury hotel in Virginia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team! We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to help run hotel operations. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a respected, luxury brand that values people-first leadership and internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs across departments
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Manage and update HR policies and procedures to align with current regulations
  • Lead onboarding and orientation processes for all new hires
  • Support employee engagement and implement recognition initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of Human Resources experience in a hotel setting, or
  • 3+ years of hotel experience
  • Familiar with workers comp, ADP, J1 program and recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
