We’re seeking a dedicated, Christ-centered leader to step into a Director of Preschool role at a well-established faith-based program within a large and vibrant church community.
This is a mission-driven opportunity to make a lasting impact on young children, families, and staff—offering both spiritual guidance and operational leadership.
Role Highlights
- Lead and mentor preschool teachers
- Oversee Bright Start, CAPS, DECAL compliance
- Recruit, train, and grow your team
- Manage budget and tuition subsidies
- Build program to capacity
- Infuse faith into curriculum and community
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Ed preferred)
- Experience directing a preschool or early learning program
- Strong Christian faith and leadership presence
- Familiarity with Georgia childcare programs
- Strategic, nurturing, and growth-minded
Position Details
- Schedule: Year-round with seasonal breaks
- Compensation: $55K–$70K
- Bonus Potential: Built-in structure
