Multi-Unit Area Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a fast casual or similar restaurant environment

• Direct experience overseeing store-level GMs and developing high-performing teams

• Strong new store opening (NSO) experience is required

• Ability to monitor and manage P&L performance, implement SOPs, and ensure operational consistency across multiple locations

• Must be comfortable working hands-on in stores, with additional time allocated to remote administrative duties

Multi-Unit Area Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with third-party delivery, catering, or food truck operations

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving culture change and process improvement
