General Manager – Fast-Growing Quick-Service Restaurant in East Lansing

General Manager – Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive base salary of $55,000-$60,000
• Performance-based bonus structure
• 50–55 hour work week with true work-life balance

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a General Manager in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role
• Commitment to accountability, consistency, and high performance

General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

• Track record of improving store performance and hitting key business metrics
• Passion for team development and creating a positive, high-energy work culture
• Comfortable making data-driven decisions and managing P&L responsibilities
• Ability to work independently while meeting company goals and standards
• Desire to grow with a fast-moving organization and take on increasing responsibility
