A high-volume meal production and delivery company serving diverse communities across NYC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role will lead the development and execution of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training initiatives in alignment with our mission-driven, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, and payroll.
  • Lead employee relations and investigations; ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships for benefits and coordinate open enrollment.
  • Partner with leadership to foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
  • Review and update Employee Handbook and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-volume operational environments.
