Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy executive across both personal and professional responsibilities. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.

Executive Assistant Benefits:

Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
  • Assist with personal tasks such as appointments, errands, and household coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and vendor communications
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure seamless daily operations

Executive Assistant Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to manage cloud-based filing systems and shared drives

Executive Assistant Qualities:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in both personal and professional capacities
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Must be comfortable around dogs and pets
