We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. A background in the hospitality sector is very desirable, along with a ready book of contacts in the Boston market
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Work in close collaborating with Sales Team driving leads and hosting mixer events.
  • Seamless coordination of all events, liaising with all stakeholders and personally attending where necessary.
  • Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow through.
  • Competitor analysis and maintaining keen awareness of market trends
Sales Manager Qualifications:
  • Three years or more of experience generating leads in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated previous experience generating $1.0 million-plus in annualized sales individually.
  • Subject-matter expert on the Boston market who comes with a network of contacts in place.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a Marketing related field is appreciated.
Sales Manager Benefits:
  • Base salary of 75 to $85K
