Executive Sous Chef responsibilities and expectations:

  • Lead daily culinary operations across fine dining and events
  • Oversee service and expedite from the line with precision
  • Train and inspire a high-performing culinary brigade
  • Maintain strict food cost and operational standards
  • Ensure flawless execution of pre-fixe menus and plated experiences
  • Champion excellence in kitchen flow, safety, and cleanliness
  • Educate and elevate team performance with Michelin-level discipline
  • 3+ years of Michelin experience (non-negotiable)
  • Fluent English; Spanish a plus
  • Proven expertise in knife skills and all culinary prep equipment
  • Creativity, discipline, and obsession with detail
  • Leadership presence with the ability to mentor and motivate
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and operational compliance
