Love events? Join the fast-paced team behind the scenes! We're looking for our next long-term Sports and Entertainment facility Catering Assistant Manager.
Catering Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
· Delegating and leading through high-volume, very busy events.
· Fulfilling Riders, Staffing, Running Events, Scheduling and payroll.
· Working in support of the Director of Catering; leading a small team to accommodate and over-deliver client/event needs
Catering Assistant Manager Benefits:

Catering Assistant Manager Requirements:
· 2yrs in high-volume Catering
· Experience with event contracts, running events, staffing, accommodating client requests and riders creatively, and managing payroll.
· Experience managing and leading
