A legal tech innovator based in FL, is redefining personal injury law through advanced technology and operational support. With a mission to transform how law firms navigate complex litigation, they offer end-to-end solutions and leads the "Lit-Tech" movement.

The company is now creating a fully integrated, in-house media agency and is seeking a VP of Marketing to build and lead it. This executive will report directly to the CEO and oversee media relations, PR, branding, and communications strategy. The role blends creativity and strategy to shape the company's public image, influence media narratives, and drive commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead an internal media agency
  • Own and shape the brand narrative
  • Drive media strategy and PR efforts
  • Oversee integrated marketing and thought leadership campaigns
  • Develop executive visibility and influence
  • Manage internal operations and external partners as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in media relations, PR, or strategic communications
  • Proven leadership in owning strategic comms (agency or in-house)
  • Strong media relationships and executive presence
  • Experience building teams and scaling media operations

VP of Marketing Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $125,000 – $200,000
  • Bonus: 30–40% year-end performance bonus
  • Benefits: Full health benefits, PTO, 401K and more.
  • Work Model: Hybrid, fully remote or in-office options available
