We are seeking a Director of Programming/Brand Activation for our Private Members Club. We are one of NYC's most coveted Private Clubs with high-net worth members. This candidate will have significant experience and be able to speak to various industries from F&B to Art and current Music trends to the Finance world.  The role’s primary function is creating in-house “activations” for our current members. This candidate would have partnerships with our alcohol vendors to have liquor pairings coupled with special menus, comedy nights, book signings, speaking engagements, game days, artist sneak peeks, music events, etc. This person must be able to understand the nuances of our members and understand the Private Club environment. We offer excellent benefits, and a salary between 120K-140K depending on experience. This role is 5 days in office in NYC. Tremendous growth potential and an excellent working culture.

Director Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Seamless coordination of all events liaising with the Operations Team and personally attending them.
  • Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow thru.
  • Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
  • Subject matter expert who understands the operational nuances involved and provides support and feedback.
  • Willing and able to roll up their sleeves and be in the trenches as necessary
  • Proven experience in program and marketing and cross functional marketing collaboration.
  • Passion for the hospitality business and heavy food and wine knowledge
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Event planning and execution experience
