What You’ll Be Owning

  • Lead daily operations across multiple venues with a sharp focus on guest satisfaction and team performance
  • Coach, mentor, and grow high-impact teams across departments
  • Support company growth through operational excellence and smart scaling
  • Keep things running safely, smoothly, and consistently—from box office to backstage
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a standout experience from every angle

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years leading operations in entertainment or attractions (ticketed experiences are a must!)
  • A strong record of building, leading, and motivating teams
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality
  • A get-it-done mindset, unshakable calm under pressure, and contagious enthusiasm
