Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–3 years in QSR restaurant leadership
- Strong communication, able to be calm under pressure
- Positive mindset, solutions not complaints
- Comfortable under pressure, thrive in the excitement
- Be a leader, not just a manager, a mentor
- Be hungry and driven
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Opening experience is great but not required
- Able to speak Spanish is great, but not required
- Experience with Mexican cuisine is great, but not required
