Sous Chef Requirements
- Seasoned professional with extensive experience in full-service dining
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume kitchens
- Must excel in driving results and inspiring culinary excellence
- Previous experience managing kitchens with sales volumes exceeding $2M
- Energetic, guest-focused, and passionately driven
