Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote with On-Site Availability 3x/Week in Boca Raton + Occasional Travel to NYC & the Hamptons)
We’re seeking a creative and agile Social Media Producer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong creative instincts, and stays ahead of the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
As a Social Media Producer, you’ll be responsible for ideating, capturing, editing, and posting short-form content that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand voice. This role centers around organic content production, so an eye for detail, adaptability, and a pulse on pop culture and platform trends are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram (Reels & Stories), and Snapchat.
- Ensure all content is visually compelling, platform-optimized, and on-brand.
- Work efficiently in high-energy environments, often alongside on-camera talent.
Trend Monitoring & Strategy
- Stay up to date on emerging social trends, audio, formats, and algorithm shifts.
- Leverage platform trends and viral moments to drive content performance.
- Understand and apply platform-specific best practices to maximize organic reach.
Organic Social Production
- Develop high-quality, engaging content quickly and consistently.
- Adapt content for different platforms, brand aesthetics, and audience preferences.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in content creation/editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush).
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Snapchat.
- Strong creative instincts and a proven ability to craft scroll-stopping content.
- Experience working around talent and understanding on-set production etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and move quickly without compromising quality.
- Comfortable navigating evolving platform features and algorithm changes.
