A well-established, top-rated construction firm is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join its growing marketing team in Charlotte. This role supports multiple regional offices and plays a key part in driving proposal development, brand management, and digital content strategy. If you're a proactive marketing professional with A/E/C experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Arts, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and proposal coordination within the A/E/C industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong writing, editing, and graphic design abilities with high attention to detail.

Marketing Coordinator Preferred Background and Skills

  • 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally supporting multi-location teams.
  • Experience with CRM or information management systems (Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead proposal responses and develop persuasive marketing collateral.
  • Hands-on experience managing corporate social media content calendars and engagement.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, team collaboration, and upholding company values.
