We are opening a premier upscale Italian restaurant located in Key West FL, dedicated to culinary excellence and heartfelt hospitality. Our team will take pride in creating beautiful, authentic Italian dishes, all served in a welcoming atmosphere.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

Proven Executive Chef experience in a fine-dining, upscale Italian restaurant
New restaurant opening experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a passion for team development
Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence
Hands-on approach and a deep appreciation for culinary traditions and innovation

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design of the kitchen and take the lead on the menu creation
Lead, coach, and mentor the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and consistency
Oversee all culinary operations, including service periods and special events, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, portion control, and timing
Monitor and manage food and labor costs, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain a positive, respectful, and productive kitchen culture
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace professionalism
