Now Hiring: Restaurant Service Manager

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 base salary + $5,000 annual bonus

Position Highlights:

Join a high-profile, from-scratch kitchen operation with a focus on food quality and service excellence
Work in a high-volume, casual-polished dining environment
Lead and develop a passionate front-of-house team

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a focus on service standards and efficiency
Build genuine guest relationships and foster a culture of hospitality
Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
Collaborate with culinary leadership for seamless service execution
Lead pre-shift meetings, deploy staff effectively, and uphold restaurant cleanliness and ambiance
Utilize wine and beverage knowledge to enhance the guest experience
Monitor service metrics and execute action plans to achieve performance goals

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a casual-polished or upscale setting
Proven background in high-volume service environments
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on training and development expertise
Solid understanding of coaching and team accountability
Wine knowledge and a passion for great food and hospitality
Committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
