Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:
- Train and develop hourly team members
- Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Interact with guests to ensure an exceptional experience
- Work daily in a hands-on capacity
Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic attitude and positive work ethic
- Flexible work availability – weekends, evenings, holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hotel environment
