We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service dining concept! What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of recent full-service restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of local, state, & federal health and safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on management style
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead hiring, training, coaching, and development of staff
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and guest experience
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure profitability
- Drive team motivation and create a positive work culture
