We have brought a Michelin Star-inspired Classic French restaurant to Indianapolis to share. The restaurant has been very successful and has grown in sales and reputation each year. We are seeking a General Manager who has experience in Fine-Dining restaurant operations or Upscale Casual Restaurant. We have a very established clientele. Who we enjoy pampering every chance we get. Since we are a family owned and operated company. We enjoy treating our team like family as well. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Staffing and Performance Management

- Purchasing and Receiving
- 3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in Fine Dining or Upscale Casual dining.
- Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a chef-driven environment with established systems
- Skilled in leading and developing one's team
- Experienced in the luxury dining segment of the industry
