Area Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:

Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests
Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated like a guest in your home
Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth
Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations and profits

Area Restaurant Manager Qualifications Include:

Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity
5+ years of experience as an Area Manager with 5 or more stores under your charge
Current Sanitation Certifications
Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements
Previous experience creating and managing budgets is a quick-service brand restaurant
