Multi Unit General Manager – Multi-Concept Restaurant Group – Montgomery, AL

Multi Unit General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Up to $85,000 base salary with performance bonus potential

Multi Unit General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of multi-unit or Director-level restaurant leadership experience
- Proven success managing multiple concepts and driving revenue, profit, and guest satisfaction
- Strong expertise in P&L management, labor and cost controls, vendor partnerships, and compliance systems
- Skilled in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing managers and teams
- Ability to balance hands-on leadership with strategic vision and long-term planning
