General Manager Responsibility

Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
Train, coach, and develop team members to consistently deliver brand standards
Create a positive, motivating work environment people want to be part of
Lead team meetings and provide clear, constructive feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws
Ensure every guest receives quality food, friendly service, and a clean restaurant
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning issues into wins
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and overall experience

General Manager Expectations

Manage food cost, labor cost, scheduling, and payroll
Forecast sales and adjust operations to meet business goals
Analyze P&L statements and build action plans to improve performance
Execute local marketing initiatives and catering efforts to grow sales
Ensure all recipes, procedures, and brand standards are followed consistently
Oversee equipment and facility maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Manage inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks accurately and on time

General Manager Skills & Experience

Previous Fast Casual experience
Strong people leadership with a passion for coaching and development
Financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and drive profitability
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
