Prior to transitioning into executive recruiting, Jessie held leadership roles where he oversaw complex business operations, cross-functional teams, and multibillion-dollar business segments. Throughout his career, he managed P&Ls exceeding $2.5 billion, led large operational and merchandising initiatives, partnered closely with executive leadership teams, and helped drive workforce performance across highly matrixed organizations. His experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting nearly 500 associates and senior leadership teams within distribution operations.
