Role Overview
As the Admissions Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for families exploring early childhood programs. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way through enrollment, ensuring a positive and seamless admissions experience. With the organization expanding after a recent move, you will play a key part in rebuilding visibility and growing program enrollment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to prospective family inquiries and nurture them through the admissions process
- Guide parents through each step of registration and documentation
- Engage families through CRM tools, email drips, and consistent follow-up
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families and caregivers
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and ensure compliance with required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and leadership to support a smooth admissions flow
- Coordinate schedules between families, educators, and facilities
- Assist with distributing curriculum materials to partner schools when needed
- Contribute directly to meeting and exceeding enrollment goals
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in early childhood education, preschool/daycare operations, admissions, or similar family-facing ECE roles
- A proactive, sales-minded approach to outreach and follow-up
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, SMS, and CRM tools
- Experience with email automation and marketing workflows preferred
- Ability to work effectively with discerning, high-expectation family communities
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple inquiries at different stages
- A warm, approachable style with a genuine passion for supporting families
