Our client in the beautiful town of Stoughton, WI, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for their second shift. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This customer-focused role requires the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, production-floor environment.
Production Supervisor Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage between $27-$37

Production Supervisor Requirements:
- Post high school education/coursework in engineering or maintenance preferred
- Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a production facility where there are temperature and height variances
- Skilled at operating forklifts
- Solid understanding of OSHA and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment
- Team player with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track orders through the servicing process
- Communicate order status
- Develop and motivate the team
- Manage and communicate KPI's
- Move and stage orders with a forklift
- Drive productivity, housekeeping, and organizational improvements
- Accurately track, record, and report production numbers
- Maintain plant materials and supplies
- Recommend personnel action, including, but not limited to, annual evaluations, promotions, hiring, and firing
- Maintain OSHA safety standards across the plant to include regular inspections
- Special projects as needed
