What You’ll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Apply journeyman-level electrical skills, including mechanical troubleshooting for equipment such as HVAC and refrigeration.
- Plan installations to minimize waste, maintain safety, and allow for easy future maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized Electrical Shop and facility work sites.
- Travel to job sites as needed to support operations.
- Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA, Haz-Com, Lockout/Tagout, and Confined Space procedures.
- Document work accurately and participate in ongoing training and skill development.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma, Vocational Technical Training, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Comfortable working with high- and low-voltage systems.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for 8+ hours/day.
- Able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
