We are seeking an experienced BIM/CAD Design Technician to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients on innovative, high-impact projects. From office buildings and schools to multifamily residences, hotels, banks, and retail spaces, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring design excellence and technical precision across a wide range of developments.

BIM/CAD Design Technician Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project-specific Autodesk Revit models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Provide Revit technical support and guidance to team members throughout all design phases.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with client and contractor standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create detailed models and drawings that support project goals.
  • Support the development and maintenance of company BIM/CAD standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to address design coordination needs.

BIM/CAD Design Technician Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree (AA or AAS) in BIM/CAD, drafting, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Autodesk Revit design experience in architecture, structural, or MEP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and within a team setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot Revit-related technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
