Now Hiring: General Manager – High-Energy Entertainment Venue
Lead a fast-paced, guest-focused entertainment venue where safety, team performance, and operational excellence come first. We're looking for a results-driven leader who can energize teams, boost revenue, and build strong community partnerships.
General Manager benefits:

What You'll Need:
- 5 years as a GM, Site Leader, or Multi-Unit Manager (P&L $2M+)
- Skilled in team leadership, retention, and training
- Able to drive local marketing, community outreach, and sales partnerships
- Strong safety focus with regulatory knowledge
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in entertainment, fitness, or attractions
- Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality
- Track record of growing revenue & cutting costs
