A growing Hospitality Company is searching for a top-notch Director of Security in the New York City Area. Candidates must have luxury experience and a love for restaurants, clubs and hotels. Experience with high-rise buildings, hotels and F&B is preferred.

Director of Security Compensation and Benefits:

  • Life Insurance
  • Solid Salary
  • PTO

Director of Security Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple Hospitality related properties in the Brooklyn and Manhattan areas
  • Oversee a large staff
  • Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations.
  • Operate within budget constraints
  • Will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining rigorous safety standards while ensuring seamless, welcoming experiences for guests, and staff.

Director of Security Requirements:

  • Must have at least 5 years experience working as a Security Manager in NYC
  • NYS Security Guard License required; Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification preferred.
  • Must have experience overseeing F&B related properties as well as high-rise and office building security
  • Must have Multi-property experience
  • Must have hotel experience
  • Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job
  • Must be willing to work weekends, late nights and holidays as needed.
