A growing Hospitality Company is searching for a top-notch Director of Security in the New York City Area. Candidates must have luxury experience and a love for restaurants, clubs and hotels. Experience with high-rise buildings, hotels and F&B is preferred.
Director of Security Compensation and Benefits:
- Life Insurance
- Solid Salary
- PTO
Director of Security Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple Hospitality related properties in the Brooklyn and Manhattan areas
- Oversee a large staff
- Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations.
- Operate within budget constraints
- Will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining rigorous safety standards while ensuring seamless, welcoming experiences for guests, and staff.
Director of Security Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years experience working as a Security Manager in NYC
- NYS Security Guard License required; Fire and Life Safety Director (FLSD) certification preferred.
- Must have experience overseeing F&B related properties as well as high-rise and office building security
- Must have Multi-property experience
- Must have hotel experience
- Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job
- Must be willing to work weekends, late nights and holidays as needed.
