We are currently looking for a Bakery Production Manager to oversee our high volume production kitchen during Afternoon and Evening Shifts!

Bakery Production Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and development of the team along with strong communication
- Worked in a high-volume bakery setting, knowledgeable in bakery/pastry
- Ability to lead and manage large team and oversee daily production for all locations, urgency in schedule/production
- Ensure consistency of products, responsible for overseeing all products from start to finish
- Maintain brand standards and values
Bakery Production Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Must have at least 2+ yrs overseeing a baking/pastry kitchen or commissary kitchen
- Strong leadership skills including mentoring and development
- Knowledgeable with systems, including POS and inventory systems
- No job hoppers
- Spanish-speaking is a preferred
