Our established, refined high volume fine dining restaurant in the Penn Quarter district is seeking a talented Bar Manager! If you are a passionate mixologist and enjoy driving unforgettable guest experiences, we want to speak with you!
Luxury Bar Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing a high-volume, fine dining or luxury bar program
- Advanced expertise in beer, wine, spirits, and beverage cost controls
- Strong leadership, staff management, and training skills; hands-on operational experience required
- Strong P&L, cost control and systems experience
- Servant leader and teacher, empowering others to be their very best
- Team player with the ability to take direction and think outside the box
Luxury Bar Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead/Coach/Develop the beverage team to excellence
- Supervise day-to-day beverage operations, communicate objectives, and assign work
- Design and update cocktail menus and wine lists, collaborating with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and Sales/Event Managers for consistency in flavor profiles and menu design
- Collaborate with Event Sales Managers to design banquet beverage offerings and amenity options
- Oversee beverage operations and admin-vendor relations, inventory, expense control, hiring
- Must be able to communicate well with the culinary leadership team and team members in a positive manner
Luxury Bar Manager Benefits:
