Director of Restaurants – Fine Dining Steakhouse Transformation
Location: Prescott, AZ
Salary: $140,000–$150,000 + Bonus + Relocation Assistance
A historic restaurant in Prescott is being reimagined as a premier fine dining steakhouse—and we’re seeking an experienced hospitality leader to drive the transformation. This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship concept from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the full rebrand and day-to-day operations of a modern steakhouse
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
- Partner with ownership on menu, design, and brand direction
- Drive guest satisfaction, team culture, and financial performance
- Represent the restaurant in the community and with industry partners
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience opening or rebranding fine dining restaurants or steakhouses (2+ projects)
- Senior-level background in upscale dining or consulting
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
- Guest-first, hands-on management approach
- Willingness to relocate to Prescott
Preferred:
- Experience with restaurant transformation or concept relaunch
- Culinary/hospitality degree
- Familiarity with luxury service and steakhouse trends
- Knowledge of the Arizona dining scene
