Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous or Kitchen Manager in a full-service, fine-dining restaurant
- Proven history of success in managing financials
- Must work well in a fast-paced, environment while maintaining a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Lead and motivate a team to consistently deliver exceptional food quality and speed of service
- Maintain restaurant profitability, including good controls on ordering, inventory, food and labor
- Select, train, and develop your future leaders
