Are you a driven and experienced litigation attorney with a passion for insurance coverage law? We’re seeking a bright, ambitious, and highly motivated attorney with 3+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence
  • Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
  • Review case documents and prepare for litigation
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations
  • File legal documents with courts in a timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in New Mexico (additional admissions a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance coverage litigation
  • Strong academic background and solid work history
