They’re now seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to take the lead on high-stakes matters, mentor junior attorneys, and bring firepower to a litigation team that’s built for speed, precision, and impact.

Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in New York State
  • Admission to the New York Federal Court (EDNY/SDNY)
  • Proven experience handling complex business disputes
  • Strong writing, research, and case strategy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and mentor junior attorneys
  • Trial experience preferred; must be courtroom-ready

Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Preferred Background:

  • Experience in business bankruptcy or financial restructuring litigation
  • Prior work at a litigation boutique or Am Law firm
  • Strong deposition and motion practice experience
  • Ability to lead case strategy sessions and manage litigation teams
  • Interest in contributing to firm growth and client development
  • Grit, presence, and a solutions-first mindset
