bipartisan team has spent decades building bridges between individuals, private, public and non-profit entities, thought leaders, and media influencers.

We have backgrounds in private business, public office, law, trade associations, regulatory agencies, and political campaigns from the Texas House to the White House

Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Operations & Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has a proven ability to bring structure to chaos. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted right hand to a senior partner, taking ownership of operations, communication flow, task execution, and project management related to high-profile legal and political matters.

The ideal candidate is highly intelligent, detail-obsessed, and proactive, someone who excels at working with brilliant but often distracted individuals, bringing clarity and momentum to complex initiatives. You should be energized by multitasking, unafraid to take the lead, and able to execute with discretion, diplomacy, and a healthy sense of humor.

This is a role for someone who operates like a COO-meets-fixer—able to juggle logistics, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a setting that is intense, political, and occasionally unfiltered.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Task & Project Management

·      Maintain systems of accountability and task completion across multiple initiatives

·      Keep track of deadlines, follow-ups, and complex workflows

·      Project manages external consultants, legal teams, and vendors involved in high stakes matters

·      Keep things moving—especially when no one else is

·      Personal & Client Support

·      Assist with personal errands and special assignments for a partner

·      Serve as the main point of operational contact for high-profile clients

·      High responsiveness and discretion are non-negotiable

·      Operate with good judgment and maintain confidentiality under NDA

·      Technical & Tools Expertise

·      Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams, Asana, Adobe

·      Willingness to learn about legislative or legal platforms (e.g., US Lege systems)

·      Bookkeeping & Light Finance (Nice to Have)

·      Familiarity with Quicken, Zoho, or similar

·      Track expenses, reconciling reimbursements, handle credit card receipts

·      Support budgeting and financial coordination as needed

What We’re Looking For:

·      5+ years of high-level executive support or operations experience

·      Experience in political, legal, or fast-paced consulting environments

·      Mastery of calendars, task management systems, and people who don’t use them

·      The ability to clean up chaos—logistically, operationally, and occasionally literally

·      Zero ego about doing high-level or mundane tasks
