Now Hiring: Restaurant Service Manager

Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 base salary + $5,000 annual bonus

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a focus on service standards and efficiency
  • Build genuine guest relationships and foster a culture of hospitality
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership for seamless service execution
  • Lead pre-shift meetings, deploy staff effectively, and uphold restaurant cleanliness and ambiance
  • Utilize wine and beverage knowledge to enhance the guest experience
  • Monitor service metrics and execute action plans to achieve performance goals

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a casual-polished or upscale setting
  • Proven background in high-volume service environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on training and development expertise
  • Solid understanding of coaching and team accountability
  • Wine knowledge and a passion for great food and hospitality
  • Committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
