Meet Robby

With roots throughout the West Coast and Western U.S., Robby has called California, Oregon, and Arizona home, with Arizona being home for the past 15 years. His professional background spans recruiting, marketing, IT, sales, education, SaaS, and media, giving him a broad perspective on both people and business.

Robby spent many years working as a journalist before transitioning into marketing, where he worked with startups and growing companies to build their brands, connecting with customers, and tell their stories. That experience has shaped his approach to recruiting: he enjoys getting to know people, understanding what they’re looking for, and helping connect the right talent with the right opportunity.

Outside of work, Robby enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family, while cheering on the Oregon Ducks!
