Prior to his current role, he distinguished himself as a top-performing Executive Recruiter and Team Lead specializing in Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits. He consistently ranked as the leading producer among agency recruiters while more than doubling territory growth over a three-year period. Rick’s success is rooted in his ability to build strong relationships with independent insurance agencies, brokers, and wholesalers, as well as his expertise in full-cycle recruiting, contract negotiation, and team development. He was recognized as Employee of the Year and a member of the President’s Club.
Rick began his career in sales and account management roles within the science industry, where he developed a strong foundation in client engagement, analytics, and technical product sales. He holds a Master of Science in Biology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Temple University.
