She specializes in hospitality and culinary placements, having over 25 years of food service experience herself. She prides herself on creating true partnerships with restaurant groups, food service organizations, and service-driven businesses to connect them with leaders who elevate culture, performance, and guest experience.

Jessica is known for her relationship-first approach and genuine care for people. Whether supporting a client’s growth or guiding a candidate through a career transition, she is committed to creating thoughtful matches that lead to lasting success. Before transitioning into recruiting, Jessica built and led teams in fast-paced culinary environments, managed large-scale foodservice operations, and worked closely with clients, vendors, and hospitality professionals at every level. Her background gives her a unique ability to truly understand both sides of the hiring equation—the operational needs of employers and the career goals of candidates.

Originally from West Virginia, she cherishes her alma mater, Marshall University, where she earned degrees in Psychology and Culinary Arts. When away from her desk, she enjoys gardening, bee keeping, and swimming.
