We are in search of a Catering Events Manager for an industry-leading Best in Class Catering Company located in Northern IL. The position will be responsible for the execution of all off-site Banquets, Catering, and deliveries while working closely with the Event Operations Manager and ownership

Catering Events Manager Responsibilities:

Manage and plan and direct event operations
Oversee all off-site banquet service operations
Work closely with Event Planner to ensure flawless execution of the event
Overseeing the event staff. Providing strong leadership skills for the event team
Maintaining all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, and safe environment
Assist with warehouse duties, delivering catering orders as needed

Catering Events Manager Qualifications:

2 years experience in Banquets, Food & Beverage
Energetic, fast-paced, and assertive
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
Thrive in ever-changing & fast-paced environments

Catering Events Manager Benefits:

Base Salary of $52-56K compensation
