General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests
  • Lead all aspects of the restaurant’s pre-opening and ongoing operations, ensuring a seamless and successful launch!Create a welcoming, polished, and inclusive environment for both guests and team members
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a best-in-class management and service team
  • Establish and uphold fine dining service standards, operating procedures, and guest experience expectations
  • Ensure excellence in food safety, cleanliness, service execution, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain full ownership of financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, labor, inventory, food and beverage cost controls, and sales goals
  • Partner with ownership and culinary leadership to align vision, execution, and performance
  • Act as a visible leader and brand ambassador, setting the tone for professionalism, accountability, and hospitality

General Manager Qualifications Include:

  • Proven leadership experience as a General Manager in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or luxury resort environment
  • Experience opening a new restaurant or leading a major concept launch strongly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls
  • A confident, polished leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Ability to succeed in a high-expectation, detail-driven environment
