Restaurant Manager Requirements:

2-4 years of recent Management experience in full-service dining
Knowledge of local, state, & federal health and safety codes
Proven leadership ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Assist General Manager in staff hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing staff
Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
Orders, Inventories, P&L, and cost management
