About the Role:

This upscale venue combines a refined dining experience with a unique social atmosphere, catering to a discerning clientele. The Executive Chef will be instrumental in shaping the kitchen's culture, emphasizing positivity, energy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established standards.
Collaborate with the Culinary Director on menu development, contributing to weekly and holiday specials.
Manage food costs and inventory, demonstrating a strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
Implement and maintain robust systems and processes to streamline kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a corporate culinary environment, with a track record of implementing effective systems and processes.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive and energetic kitchen culture.
Demonstrated expertise in managing food costs and inventory control.
Creative flair, with the ability to contribute to menu development and special offerings.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
