About the Role:

This upscale venue combines a refined dining experience with a unique social atmosphere, catering to a discerning clientele. The Executive Chef will be instrumental in shaping the kitchen's culture, emphasizing positivity, energy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established standards.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Director on menu development, contributing to weekly and holiday specials.
  • Manage food costs and inventory, demonstrating a strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
  • Implement and maintain robust systems and processes to streamline kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a corporate culinary environment, with a track record of implementing effective systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive and energetic kitchen culture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing food costs and inventory control.
  • Creative flair, with the ability to contribute to menu development and special offerings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
