We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to support restaurant operations and help lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a hardworking restaurant manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads from the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
Lead shifts and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest concerns
Train, coach, and motivate restaurant staff
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Support scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

At least 5 years of Full-service Restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
