The Vice President of Hospitality is responsible for the overall performance and execution of a multi-location, full-service dining and hospitality portfolio. This executive leader ensures strong financial results, consistent brand delivery, operational discipline, and an exceptional guest experience across restaurants, hospitality venues, and private event spaces in multiple markets.

This role focuses on scaling hospitality excellence through people, systems, and culture — developing senior leaders, strengthening operational infrastructure, and driving sustainable growth while safeguarding brand standards and guest trust.

Vice President of Hospitality Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and direction to General Managers and Food & Beverage teams across multiple concepts and locations
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational playbooks, service standards, menus, and hospitality processes that scale with growth
  • Maintain full ownership of hospitality P&L performance, including labor strategy, cost controls, menu profitability, and margin improvement while prioritizing guest satisfaction
  • Uphold all safety, health, and regulatory requirements through routine audits, compliance reviews, and active presence in the field
  • Assess location performance through on-site visits, structured evaluations, KPI dashboards, and standardized reporting
  • Partner with executive leadership on annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term expansion initiatives
  • Generate revenue through guest-driven strategies such as experiential programming, menu evolution, private dining, and branded events
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to ensure aligned messaging, execution, and brand consistency
  • Lead talent strategy for hospitality leadership, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning for General Managers and senior leaders
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and market-facing engagements to remain connected to hospitality and beverage trends

 

Vice President of Hospitality Experience & Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience within multi-unit, full-service restaurant or hospitality organizations
  • Proven ability to lead multiple locations with full financial accountability and responsibility for leadership development
  • Strong command of menu engineering, pricing models, market positioning, and competitive landscape analysis
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across regions and properties
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
